My name is Koreen Kamala Solano. I am a Trinidad based artist. Since I was five years old, I have been doing art. Art has been my passion from ever since. Without the ability to actualize an idea or concept, art would not exist. My creative work includes drawing, painting and mixed media. My work is a constant search for the best way to interpret the ideas that I have about myself and the world I live in. I do not limit myself to one medium, style or concept. Inspiration, ideas and knowledge change. Each piece I create I get my inspiration from God, memories of the past, where I came from, what I have learnt, as well as a preview of the future and where I am going. Koreen Kamala Solano.
